Graduates of Pimsleur learn Polish well. Pimsleur Polish is a popular language course that uses the Pimsleur Method (a brief introduction of the Pimsleur Method and Dr. Pimsleur can be found below). The Comprehensive Polish course on CD retails for $345 from PimsleurDirect.com. It is also available on BookChip for $159.95 (so buy the Audiofy BookChip Player for $40 and save a bundle). Discounts are available for the course on CD. It is available at CheapPimsleur.com for $154. Cheap Pimsleur also offers to buy your Polish course back for $110 after you use it, making your net cost just $44. The courses retain their price well, especially the new courses on CD or BookChip. The Polish courses on cassette are relatively inexpensive, though I imagine they will soon be replaced entirely by the newer media. The Pimsleur Comprehensive Polish course on CD is available used at Amazon.com for $150 (recent pricing).
